Service
We pride ourselves on the ease of replacing factory parts on our bed. In most cases of electric or mechanical failures, the customer can inform us of the problem and fix it themselves. If the bed is under warranty, we will ship the replacement part which can be easily installed without the use of any tools.
Basic Troubleshooting
PROBLEM - The bed does not function:
- Check the power cord to ensure that it is securely plugged into an electrical outlet.
- Test the outlet for power by plugging a lamp or other electrical device into the socket.
- Check frequency setting between remote and bed's transformer unit.
- Ensure that your remote contains fresh batteries.
