In most cases of electric or mechanical failures, the customer can inform us of the problem and easily fix it over the phone. If the bed is under warranty, we will ship the replacement part which can be easily installed without the use of any tools.

Although your Ergomotion Bed has been rigorously tested, to maintain the highest quality standards, exceeding the recommended weight limits may void your warranty.
Please note. The weight limits above include the weight of the mattress.
The maximum articulation of the head motor is 70 degrees. The maximum articulation for the foot motor is 45 degrees.

if a replacement part is needed. Any motor or electronic for your base can be replaced
without the use of tools. Should you need further assistance, your full coverage
warranty covers your expense for a technician.
